Today is a day to celebrate the amazing women who have raised us, nurtured us and loved us unconditionally. No matter where we come from or what our background may be, we all have a mother who has made sacrifices to give us the best life possible.
As a community, we know the importance of strong mother figures in our lives. We’ve seen our mothers, grandmothers, aunts and sisters work tirelessly to provide for us and make sure we grow up to be happy and successful.
To all the single mothers out there,
We see you, we appreciate you, and we thank you for everything you do. Raising a child on your own is not an easy feat, yet you continue to do it with grace and strength every day. You are an inspiration to us all.
To all the mothers who are no longer with us,
Your love and memories live on forever. We carry your legacy and spirit with us always.
