Hey guys, have you ever wanted to learn how to make an origami bee? Well, today is your lucky day because I just stumbled upon this awesome tutorial on how to make a paper bee! Not only is it super cute and fun to make, but it’s also totally FREE!

Step 1: Gather Your Supplies

Supplies needed for origami beeBefore you start, make sure you have all of the supplies you need. You’ll need some paper, preferably yellow and black to make it look like a bee, but you can use any color you want! You’ll also need a pair of scissors and some glue.

Step 2: Start Folding

Fold the paper for origami beeFirst, take your yellow paper and fold it in half diagonally, creasing it in the center. Then, unfold the paper and fold it in half diagonally the other way, creasing it in the center again. Unfold it once more so you have a crease down the center both ways.

Step 3: Cut the Paper

Cut the paper for origami beeNext, take your scissors and cut along one of the creased lines from the center outwards. Stop cutting about halfway through the paper. Repeat this process on the opposite side of the paper, cutting along the other crease line.

Step 4: Fold the Wings

Fold the wings for origami beeNow, take the two flaps you just cut and fold them down, making sure to fold them evenly on both sides. These will be the wings of your bee.

Step 5: Fold the Body

Fold the body for origami beeNext, take the bottom of the paper and fold it up to the top, making sure to crease it well at the bottom. This will create the body of your bee.

Step 6: Add the Head

Add the head for origami beeTo create the head of your bee, take another piece of paper, this time black, and fold it in half diagonally, creasing it in the center. Fold the paper in half diagonally the other way, creasing it in the center again.

Step 7: Cut the Head

Cut the head for origami beeUsing your scissors, cut along one of the creased lines from the center outwards. Stop cutting about halfway through the paper. Repeat this process on the opposite side of the paper, cutting along the other crease line.

Step 8: Fold the Head

Fold the head for origami beeNow, fold down the two flaps you just cut, making sure to fold them evenly on both sides. This will create the head of your bee.

Step 9: Assemble Your Bee

Assemble your origami beeFinally, take some glue and attach the head to the top of the body of your bee. Make sure to glue the wings down as well so they don’t flap around. And voila! You now have an awesome origami bee!
